Partnering Class Description: Designed for intermediate to advanced dancers, this contemporary partnering class with Lily Conforti and Jake Nehrbass challenges participants to deepen their technical and artistic approach to weight sharing movement. Through exploration, physical communication, contact, and strategic leveraging points, dancers will learn dynamic weight sharing, trust, and risk-taking in a supportive yet demanding class.
Class emphasizes fun, adaptability, and connection while pushing student’s boundaries of traditional partnering. Participants should be comfortable with floor work, inversions, and physical contact, and be ready to engage in collaborative explorations.
Meridian Movement is a movement class that blends street-dance foundations with partnering and improvisational practices. Students build body control through waving, isolations, animation, and texture work, then apply those tools through solo exploration, partner games, contact improv, and shared composition. The class moves from control of self into awareness of another body — helping dancers develop precision, creativity, listening, trust, and physical conversation.
Nieya’s modern class is designed for intermediate to advanced dancers looking to deepen their physical and creative practice. We’ll explore momentum, breath-driven movement, and the body’s connection to space through combinations, floorwork, and improvisation. Drawing from a mix of traditional modern techniques, the class invites dancers to take risks, trust their instincts, and find new pathways in motion.
This is an advanced class that will work through floor sequences in the center and moving in space. Sequences will integrate many level changes with dynamics and a high level of physicality.
his tap class is designed for dancers ready to build greater speed, clarity, and musicality in their tap technique. This energetic class explores more complex rhythms, syncopation, and layered footwork while strengthening timing, coordination, and control. Dancers will work on longer combinations that challenge memory with complexity, while also developing confidence in improvisation and personal style. Come groove, jam, and tap!
This is your music video moment. This beginner/ intermediate/advanced level of class will work your style through movement that marries the musicality with the body lines of funk and street styles. Jazz Funk is perfect for experienced/ inexperienced dancers working to stay on top of their quick learning skills, or for any dancer who also wants to be their own pop star and room to improve and polish your details.
Lunch won’t be provided, so everyone will need to plan their own meal for the day. Feel free to grab something from a local spot or bring your own.

This 75-minute practice will begin with grounding breath and gentle movement. We will build into a full body vinyasa flow, focusing on transitioning mindfully between postures. Class will conclude with extra time and space for stretching, stillness and rest.
This contemporary class is an opportunity to find different movement qualities and textures. Dancers will explore and find new ways of moving through guided improvisation and phrase work. Encouraging them to connect with themselves and discover their own unique way of dancing.
